National FCCLA Awards Minnesota celebrated with several national award recipients in Orlando in July at the 2008 National FCCLA Leadership Conference. Awards were presented to: Tammy Lee for National Alumni Acheivement. Karissa Borchert for national recognition to a State FCCLA President with the Virginia Raye Allen Scholarship of $2000. Gen Olson for National Honorary membership Kara McGuire from the Minneapolis Tribune for Outstanding Media Award for large urban markets. Litchfield Middle FCCLA for national Award for Families First project.
