FCCLA and AARP in Minneapolis Tribune The partnership of FCCLA for youth leaders and AARP for seniors was featured in the Minneapolis tribune on Sept 17, 2007. For a full articel- see downloads section. MN FCCLA members are conducting intergenerational interviews for the Divided We Fail Campaign of AARP. As a service learning experiences, youth will interview community members, older adults, or family members who had health care related and resulting financial situations that affect them. Through the processes, FCCLA youth leaders learn about this issue and can help become civically engaged in the bipartisan issues.
