  2. Elaborate
  3. Be specific
  4. Be neat/ proof read
  5. Type it rather than hand write it
  6. Do a rough draft
  7. Don’t repeat yourself
  8. Brainstorm
  9. Have a plan
  10. Turn it in on time
  11. Don’t make it boring
  12. Sign it
  13. Send it to the right place
  14. Show your budget
  15. Tell who is involved
  16. Follow through
  17. Do an Evaluation report
  18. Thank them
  19. Double check it
  20. Use a readable font
  21. Spacing is important
  22. Proper headings and footings
  23. Develop a title
  24. Use correct grammar.

Things Not to do!

 

  1. Not apply
  2. Use bad facts
  3. Be boring
  4. Use slang or acronyms that need explaining
  5. Use poor grammar
  6. Be incomplete
  7. Have no budget
  8. Have no evaluation
  9. Send it in a day late
  10. Be messy
