Q: What is the best part of your job?
A: Working with teenagers.

Q: If you could change one part of your job what would it be?
A: I need more hours in the days to get everything done I would like to do.

Q: What are the job openings for Guidance Counselors in Minnesota?
A: In Minnesota, 40 to 50 percent of Guidance Counselors will be retiring in the next 5 years.

Q: What Education do you need?
A: Master Degree.

Q: Why is your job important?
A: Because students need an advocate and need someone they can trust to go to.
