The three
sections of Student Body project are Nutrition, Fitness, and
Self-Awareness. The focus areas help you feel better by living
healthy and giving you energy.
Student Body is a
teen peer education program that teaches teens to eat right, be
fit and feel good. Student Body works to provide facts about
nutrition, fitness and self-awareness that will help teens make
informed responsible decisions about their health. Student Body
strives to create a national network of young people who use
teen-to-teen communication to share information about healthy
living and to provide teenagers with an opportunity to develop
communication and leadership skills by being peer educators.
