recognizes young people who strengthen leadership skills on the job.

| You can create a Leaders at Work
project that fits you. Then you plan and carry it out. You evaluate
your project and share it with others.
In the meantime, you strengthen
leadership skills. You prove that you have the kind of works skills
employers want most in their employees. That looks great on job
applications. It also gives you examples to use in job and college
interviews. And, you might be names a national Outstanding Leader in
your career area.
